Another Possible (And Interesting) Area of Study

Much natural language processing relies only on the current language (text) being used.  People use their other senses (typically) while interacting linguistically with others.  Then the context of the text is influenced by the subject's knowledge base as well; if there are two interpretations to a text, but the subject's knowledge base can only help the subject understand one of them, then that one os what the subject 'understands'.

Topic:  The affects of prior knowledge and other sensory data on the interpretation of a language (text).
