That is the question. Should Laugh be included in the Four L's? Or should it be included within the other three? I ask because of the shortness of the previous post. Is Laugh important enough, central enough, to be included?
First off, I do think it is very important. If you don't have fun in life, what's the point?
Second of all, what can I say about Laugh other than what you can and cannot laught at? I don't want to create any 'thou shalt not' lists. Yet, that seems to be all that I can really do, other than list the benefits of Laugh.
Third, there are many benefits to Laugh. The biggest is as an anti-stress. But many people know this.
I think that I will leave it in for now.
