PhD Program Consideration: University Of Michigan

I'm rethinking my decision of not applying to the University of Michigan. They have a very good program that I would be exciting to get into (though it's for a PhD in psychology, with a focus on cognition and cognitive neuroscience). The reason I'm considering applying to such a difficult program is that there are two groups that I would want to join: a cognitive architecture group and a complex adaptive systems group. I'll talk about this program in more detail later.
