A Stronger, Healthier Me

Over the past month, I've been exercising.  Yes, you read that right.  I found a great fitness program that I can do in my own home with minimal equipment.  There was also some advice about better eating, as well.

So what is the program called?  The Rebel Fitness Guide from  NF is a fun blog with good advice.  They have a second guide out now, but I'm still working my way through the first.  I found that the easiest level of the Guide to be fairly easy (incline pushups) and moved up the second level this past week. 

So what are the results?  I've lost over five pounds since I started.  That's about a pound a week, which is a safe amount to lose on a weekly basis. 

I'd like to find a good food guide to go with this; the one included is an alright starting point, but somewhat basic.
