Update on a Stronger, Healthier Me

Nearly a month ago, I talked about how I was finally exercising. Well, that hit a bit of a block; I hurt my left wrist a bit. I'm still about ten pounds down, but haven't worked out in nearly two weeks. I saw a doctor last week, but there's nothing conclusive about why my wrist hurts. Tomorrow, I'll be back at my routine, but modifying it enough to avoid making my wrist worse.
