A while back, I had decided to try the 200 Squat Challenge. It didn't go so well. Well, it's not time to try again. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I'll be following the schedule found here. Right now, I'm going to take the initial test.

I probably could have kept going, but my knees are feeling sore and I'm breathing fairly heavy.
To keep myself accountable, I'll be posting the results here for each day I do the training. Cheering is more than welcome. If anyone wants to do it with me, post your results in the comments each training day.
